5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Washing Clothes
- Load Laundry: Put the laundry into the wash tub. Do not overload the machine; the maximum wash capacity is 9.9 lbs.
- Add Water: Turn the tap to let water flow into the tub according to the amount of clothing to be washed. The marks H, M, L inside the inner tub indicate high, medium, and low water levels.
- Add Detergent: Add the appropriate amount of detergent. If too much detergent is used, the laundry may not rinse sufficiently.
- Set Wash Timer: Turn the 'WASH TIMER' knob to the desired wash time (up to 15 minutes). The washing action will begin.
- Select Wash Mode: Use the 'Select Switch' to choose between 'Standard' or 'Soft' wash cycles based on fabric type.
5.2 Rinsing Clothes
After the wash cycle is complete:
- Drain Water: Lay the drain hose down to discharge the dirty water from the wash tub.
- Add Clean Water: Turn the tap to fill the wash tub with clean water.
- Rinse Cycle: Set the 'WASH TIMER' to approximately 5 minutes for rinsing. Repeat this step 2 to 3 times for thorough rinsing.
5.3 Spinning Clothes
For dehydration, please follow these steps:
- Drain Water: Ensure the drain hose is down to drain any remaining water from the wash tub.
- Load Spin Tub: Put the clothes you need to spin into the dehydration basket (spin tub). Do not exceed the 4.4 lb spin capacity.
- Secure Clothes: After laying the clothes flat, put the safety cover and gently press it. Then, put the basket into the body of the washing machine, making sure the bottom and pulsator are firmly fixed.
- Set Spin Timer: Close the washing machine cover and turn the knob to 'Spin' to choose the spin time (up to 5 minutes) according to the type and quantity of clothes.
