3. Setup Instructions

3.1 Connecting to PC/Laptop

For PC or laptop connections, use the included 1-to-2 3.5mm audio jack splitter cable. Connect the red plug to your computer's microphone input and the green plug to the audio output. The USB connector is solely for powering the LED lights.

3.2 Connecting to PS4/PS5/Nintendo Switch

Plug the 3.5mm audio jack directly into the controller (PS4/PS5) or the console's audio port (Nintendo Switch). The USB connector is for LED lights and can be plugged into an available USB port on the console or a USB power adapter.

3.3 Connecting to Xbox One

For newer Xbox One controllers with a 3.5mm jack, plug the headset directly into the controller. For older Xbox One controllers without a 3.5mm jack, an additional Microsoft Adapter (not included) is required. Ensure the adapter is securely connected to the controller to prevent static sound. The USB connector is for LED lights and can be plugged into an available USB port on the console or a USB power adapter.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Volume Control

The headset features an integrated volume control wheel located on the left earcup. Rotate the wheel up to increase volume and down to decrease volume.

4.2 Microphone Usage

The microphone is adjustable. Position it close to your mouth for optimal voice pickup. A microphone mute button is located on the cable or earcup. Ensure it is in the 'unmuted' position for the microphone to function.

• No Sound or Low Volume:
  Ensure the 3.5mm audio jack is fully inserted. Check the volume control wheel on the headset and your device's volume settings. For PC, verify that the green plug of the splitter is connected to the audio output.
• Static Sound (Xbox One):
  If using an Xbox adapter, ensure it is tightly connected to the controller. Loose connections can cause static.
• LED Lights Not Working:
  Confirm that the USB connector is plugged into a powered USB port. The USB connection is solely for the LED lights.
