Setup

Initial Charging of the Power Bank

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your BONAI Portable Charger. This ensures optimal battery performance and longevity. The power bank can be charged using one or both of the provided 8-pin lightning cables.

1. Connect one or both 8-pin lightning cables to the "IN DC 5V" input ports on the side of the power bank.
2. Connect the USB-A ends of the cables to a compatible USB wall adapter (not included).
3. Plug the wall adapter into a power outlet.
4. The LED indicator lights on the power bank will blink to show the charging progress. All four lights will be solid when fully charged.

Using both input ports simultaneously can reduce the charging time of the power bank by approximately half (around 10 hours for a full charge from empty).

Operating Instructions

Charging Your Devices

The BONAI Portable Charger can charge up to four devices simultaneously.

1. Connect your device's USB charging cable to one of the four USB output ports (USB1, USB2, USB3, USB4) on the power bank.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to your device.
3. Press the power button on the side of the power bank once to initiate charging. The LED indicator lights will illuminate to show the remaining power.
4. Once your device is fully charged, disconnect it from the power bank. The power bank will automatically turn off after approximately 30-40 seconds if no device is connected or being charged.

Using the LED Flashlight

The built-in LED flashlight is a convenient feature for low-light conditions.

• To turn on the flashlight, quickly double-press the power button on the side of the power bank.
• To turn off the flashlight, quickly double-press the power button again.

The flashlight can be used independently or while charging other devices.

Maintenance

• Store the portable charger in a cool and dry environment to prevent damage from dampness.
• Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
• Do not drop, disassemble, or attempt to repair the unit yourself. Refer to the warranty information for service.
• Clean the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• If the battery runs out, charge the power bank promptly to maintain battery health.

Troubleshooting

Power Bank Not Charging

• Ensure the charging cables are securely connected to both the power bank's input ports and the wall adapter.
• Verify that the wall adapter is functioning correctly and the power outlet is active.
• Try using a different wall adapter or cable to rule out faulty accessories.

Devices Not Charging

• Press the power button on the power bank once to activate the output.
• Check if your device's charging cable is properly connected to both the power bank's USB output port and your device.
• Ensure the power bank has sufficient charge indicated by the LED lights.
• Try using a different USB output port or a different charging cable for your device.
• Some devices may require specific charging protocols. If issues persist, consult your device's manual.

Flashlight Not Working

• Ensure the power bank has sufficient charge.
• Quickly double-press the power button to toggle the flashlight on/off.
