Setup and Installation
Follow these steps for proper installation of your VEVOR Bottled Water Dispenser Pump System.
1. Unpacking and Placement
- Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Choose a suitable location for the pump unit and water bottles. Ensure there is enough space for two 5-gallon bottles and that the pump unit is mounted securely.

2. Connecting the Tubing
- Insert the long intake tubes into the 5-gallon water bottles. Ensure the tubes reach the bottom of the bottles.
- Connect the other end of the intake tubes to the designated inlet ports on the pump unit.
- Connect the 1/4" PE tube from the pump's outlet port to your appliance (e.g., refrigerator, coffee machine, faucet). Use the provided quick connect and sealing ring for a secure, leak-free connection.

3. Power Connection
- Plug the power cord into a standard 110V electrical outlet.
Operation
The VEVOR Bottled Water Dispenser Pump System is designed for automatic operation.
- Power On: Flip the power switch on the pump unit to the "ON" position. The pump will pressurize the system.
- Water Dispensing: When your connected appliance (e.g., refrigerator dispenser, coffee machine) demands water, the pump will automatically activate to supply water.
- Automatic Shut-off: The built-in buoyancy switch will detect when a water bottle is empty and automatically stop the pump to prevent dry running.
- Pressure Maintenance: The water pressure switch maintains consistent pressure in the line, ensuring a steady flow when needed.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your dispenser.
- Changing Water Bottles: Always turn off the pump unit before replacing empty water bottles. This prevents air from entering the system and ensures proper priming.
- Cleaning: Periodically clean the exterior of the pump unit with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Tubing Inspection: Inspect the PE tubing for any kinks, cracks, or signs of wear. Replace if necessary.
- System Flush: If the system has been idle for an extended period, flush a small amount of water through it before use.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Pump not running | No power; Power switch off; Empty water bottle; Loose connection. | Check power cord and outlet; Turn on power switch; Replace water bottle; Secure all electrical and tubing connections. |
| Low water flow | Kinked tubing; Partially empty bottle; Air in the system; Clogged filter on intake tube. | Straighten tubing; Replace water bottle; Turn off and on to re-prime; Clean or replace intake filter. |
| Pump runs continuously | Leak in the system; Air leak in intake tube; Faulty pressure switch. | Check all connections for leaks; Ensure intake tubes are fully submerged and sealed; Contact customer support if switch is faulty. |
| Unusual noise | Vibration; Air in the system; Obstruction in pump. | Ensure pump is securely mounted; Check for air in lines; Inspect pump for foreign objects (unplug first). |
