Setup

Operating Instructions

Using the Lid

The tumbler's lid offers multiple ways to enjoy your beverage:

• Direct Drinking: Flip open the black tab on the lid to reveal the drinking spout. Ensure the small vent hole is also open to prevent suction.
• With Straw: Insert the provided metal straw through the straw-friendly hole in the lid. The silicone seal around the straw hole helps prevent leaks.
• Closed: Close both the drinking spout tab and the straw hole stopper to create a splash-proof seal.

For Hot Beverages

Maintenance & Care

• Lid Cleaning: The lid can be disassembled for thorough cleaning. Carefully remove the silicone gasket and the sliding tab for access to all areas. Ensure all parts are dry before reassembling.
• Straw Cleaning: Use the provided straw cleaning brush to clean the inside of the metal straw.
• Drying: Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling and storing to prevent odor and mildew.
• Do Not Microwave: This tumbler is not safe for microwave use.

Troubleshooting

• Reduced Temperature Retention: Ensure the lid's silicone gasket is properly seated and free from damage. A loose or damaged gasket can compromise insulation.
• Lid Leaks: Check that the lid is securely twisted onto the tumbler and that all tabs (drinking spout, straw hole) are fully closed. Inspect the silicone gasket for any tears or misalignment.
• Difficulty Drinking: If drinking directly, ensure both the main drinking tab and the small vent hole are open to allow proper liquid flow and prevent suction.
