Setup and Assembly
Before first use, wash all detachable parts (blending stick, chopper bowl, whisk, beaker) in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. The motor unit should only be wiped with a damp cloth.
Attaching the Blending Stick:
- Align the blending stick with the motor unit.
- Twist the blending stick clockwise until it locks securely into place with an audible click.
- To detach, twist counter-clockwise and pull apart.
Assembling the Chopper:
- Carefully place the chopper blade onto the central pin inside the chopper bowl. Handle the blade by the plastic hub, as the blades are very sharp.
- Place the chopper bowl lid onto the chopper bowl, ensuring it fits snugly.
- Align the motor unit with the lid of the chopper bowl.
- Twist the motor unit clockwise until it locks securely into place.
- To detach, twist counter-clockwise and lift the motor unit.
Attaching the Whisk:
- Insert the whisk into the whisk gear box.
- Align the whisk gear box with the motor unit.
- Twist the whisk gear box clockwise until it locks securely into place.
- To detach, twist counter-clockwise and pull apart.
Operating Instructions
Always ensure the appliance is unplugged before assembling or disassembling parts.
General Operation:
- Assemble the desired attachment (blending stick, chopper, or whisk) to the motor unit.
- Plug the appliance into a 220V electrical outlet.
- For blending or whisking, immerse the attachment into the ingredients. For chopping, ensure the chopper bowl lid is securely attached.
- Adjust the speed using the Adjustable Speed Dial on top of the motor unit.
- Press and hold the Pulse/Power Button to start the appliance. Release to stop.
- For maximum power, press and hold the Turbo Button. This will operate the blender at its highest speed regardless of the speed dial setting. Release to stop.

Use for chopping herbs, nuts, cheese, meat, and vegetables. Do not overfill the chopper bowl.
- Place the chopper blade in the bowl, add ingredients, and secure the lid and motor unit.
- Press the Pulse/Power or Turbo button in short bursts to achieve desired consistency.
- For chunky results, use shorter pulses. For finer results, use longer pulses.
