2. Safety Instructions

4. Setup

1. Unpack the laminator and all accessories from the box.
2. Place the laminator on a stable, flat, and clean surface. Ensure there is enough space behind the machine for laminated documents to exit freely.
3. Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Power On and Warm-up

1. Turn on the main power switch located on the side of the machine.
2. Select your desired laminating mode: HOT for thermal laminating pouches or COLD for self-adhesive pouches.
3. For hot lamination, wait for the Green Ready light to illuminate. This typically takes 3-5 minutes. The machine is now ready for use.

5.2. Laminating Process

1. Place your document or photo neatly inside a laminating pouch. Ensure the document is centered and leaves a small margin on all sides for proper sealing.
2. Smooth out any air bubbles from the pouch before feeding.
3. Insert the sealed end of the laminating pouch into the machine's entry slot.
4. The machine will automatically feed the pouch through. Do not pull or push the pouch during this process.
5. Once the pouch exits the machine, allow it to cool on a flat surface.

5.3. Paper Trimmer Usage

The built-in paper trimmer offers three different cutting patterns: straight, perforated, and wave.

1. To select a cutting pattern, push the red button on the trimmer head upwards to unlock it.

3. Push the red button back down to lock the selected pattern.

3. Press down firmly to cut and round the corner.

5.5. Jam Release Function (ABS Button)

In the event of a paper jam, use the ABS button to safely release the document.

1. If a pouch gets stuck, immediately press and hold the ABS button located on the machine.
2. While holding the button, gently pull the jammed pouch out of the entry slot.
3. Release the ABS button once the pouch is clear.
