Setup

Battery Installation

1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the can opener.
2. Slide the battery compartment cover open.
3. Insert 2 AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

Operating Instructions

1. Place the can opener on top of the can, aligning the cutting wheel with the can's rim.
2. Press the button on top of the can opener once to start the automatic cutting process. The can opener will grip the can and begin to rotate, cutting along the outside edge of the lid.
3. Allow the can opener to complete a full rotation around the can. It will stop automatically once the lid is fully cut.
4. Once the cutting is complete, the built-in magnet will hold the lid, preventing it from falling into the can.
5. Carefully lift the can opener off the can. The lid will remain attached to the can opener via the magnet.
6. To release the lid, simply press the button again or gently detach it from the magnet. Dispose of the lid safely.

Important: The can opener cuts along the side of the rim, leaving a smooth, safe edge on both the can and the lid.
