The LED feature in the main shower head changes color based on water temperature, providing a visual indicator for safety and comfort. The thermostatic valve ensures a constant water temperature, preventing sudden changes and scalding. The system's multiple outlets allow for a customizable shower experience, from a gentle rain shower to invigorating body massages.

Operating Instructions
The HOMEDEC Multi Shower Head System offers intuitive controls for a personalized shower experience.
Thermostatic Valve Operation:
The system features a 3-function thermostatic valve. This valve maintains a constant water temperature, eliminating the need for frequent adjustments. The temperature can be set using the dedicated temperature control knob, typically with a safety stop at 38°C (100.4°F) to prevent scalding.

Function Diverter:
Use the diverter knobs to select your desired water outlet: the main LED rain shower head, the body spray jets, or the handheld shower. You can typically operate multiple functions simultaneously depending on water pressure.
LED Shower Head:
The 16-inch LED shower head is powered by water pressure and does not require batteries. The LED lights change color according to the water temperature:
- Blue LED: Water temperature is 32-86°F (0-30°C)
- Green LED: Water temperature is 86-104°F (30-40°C)
- Red LED: Water temperature is 104-122°F (40-50°C)
- Flashing Red: Water temperature exceeds 122°F (50°C), indicating a potential scalding risk.

Body Sprays and Handheld Shower:
The six body spray jets are adjustable, allowing you to direct the water flow for a targeted massage. The brass handheld shower provides a high-pressure flow, ideal for rinsing or focused cleaning.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your HOMEDEC shower system. The brushed nickel finish is designed for durability.
Cleaning:
- Clean the shower heads and body jets regularly to prevent mineral buildup.
- Use a soft cloth and mild soap or a non-abrasive cleaner specifically designed for brushed nickel finishes.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or scouring pads, as these can damage the finish.
- For nozzles, gently rub them with your finger to dislodge any mineral deposits.
General Care:
- Periodically check all connections for leaks and tighten if necessary.
- Ensure proper water pressure is maintained as per specifications to ensure optimal performance of all components, especially the LED feature.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your HOMEDEC Multi Shower Head System, refer to the common troubleshooting steps below. For more complex problems, please contact customer support.
Issue: No Mixed Water (No Hot/Cold Water)
If your shower system is not providing mixed water, or only hot or cold water, this could be due to an issue with the thermostatic valve or check-valves. The following video provides guidance on how to address this common problem:
Video: Troubleshooting guide for "no mixed water" issue in the shower system. This video demonstrates how to check and adjust the hot stop ring and temperature valve stem, and inspect the internal check-valve for blockages or damage.
Steps outlined in the video:
- Check Hot Stop Ring: Ensure the plastic (black/white color) hot stop ring is properly seated, with its opening facing the right. This ring controls the maximum hot water temperature.
- Match Temperature Valve Stem Marks: Verify that the two dark blue marks on the temperature valve stem are aligned. Incorrect alignment can affect temperature mixing.
- Inspect Check-Valve: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, unscrew the check-valve (white piece) with a flat screwdriver. Check if it is broken or blocked. Clean it if blocked; replace it if broken.

Image: A visual aid for troubleshooting, showing the location of the hot stop ring and the temperature valve stem with alignment marks on the thermostatic valve.
Most often, adjusting the hot stop ring and aligning the temperature valve stem will resolve the problem. If the issue persists, proceed to inspect the check-valve.
