Setup

1. Unpacking

2. Battery Installation

1. Locate the battery compartment on the bottom of the main unit.
2. Open the battery compartment cover.
3. Insert 4 AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

3. Filling the Grinder

1. Detach the upper jar from the main unit by twisting or pulling as indicated by markings (if any).
2. Fill the jar with sesame seeds or other small seeds. Do not overfill.
3. Reattach the upper jar to the main unit, ensuring it is securely locked in place.

Operating Instructions

1. Adjusting Grind Level

The grinder offers three adjustable grind levels: fine, medium, and coarse. Locate the grind adjustment dial or indicator on the unit. Rotate the dial or slide the lever to select your desired fineness. Refer to the markings on the unit for specific settings.

2. Grinding Seeds

1. Ensure the lid is properly positioned for dispensing. The lid may have a twist mechanism for opening/closing the dispensing spout.
2. Hold the grinder over your food or serving dish.
3. Press and hold the power button to activate the grinding mechanism.
4. Release the button to stop grinding.

3. Dispensing

The lid is designed for convenient pouring or sprinkling of ground seeds. Adjust the lid opening as needed for controlled dispensing.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and hygiene.

1. Disassembly for Cleaning

1. Ensure the grinder is turned off and batteries are removed.
2. Detach the upper jar from the main unit.
3. Separate the grinding components (upper and lower burrs) if possible, following any specific instructions in the product diagram.

2. Cleaning

• Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any residual seeds or powder from the grinding burrs and inside the jar.
• The upper jar and lid can be washed with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembly.
• Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the main unit in water.

3. Reassembly

Once all parts are clean and dry, reassemble the grinding components and securely attach the upper jar to the main unit.
