Setup Instructions

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all acrylic risers from their packaging.
2. Remove Protective Film: Each acrylic riser comes with a protective film on both the inside and outside surfaces to prevent scratches during transit. Gently peel off this film from all sides of each riser. Failure to remove the film will result in a cloudy appearance.

Note: If a slight product odor is present upon unpacking, place the risers in a well-ventilated area for 1-2 hours before use.

Operating & Usage

The Chuangdi Acrylic Display Risers come in two sets, each containing three different sizes, allowing for flexible display arrangements. You can use them individually, stack them, or arrange them in various configurations to create dynamic visual interest.

• Individual Display: Place items directly on top of each riser.
• Tiered Display: Arrange the risers in a tiered fashion (e.g., small in front, medium in middle, large in back) to create height and allow all items to be visible.
• Underneath Storage: The open design allows for smaller items to be placed underneath the risers, maximizing space.

Maintenance

To maintain the clarity and appearance of your acrylic display risers, follow these simple cleaning guidelines:

• Use a soft, non-abrasive cloth (e.g., microfiber cloth).
• Clean with mild soap and lukewarm water.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals, ammonia-based cleaners (like window cleaner), or abrasive sponges, as these can scratch or damage the acrylic surface.
• Dry thoroughly with a clean, soft cloth to prevent water spots.

Troubleshooting

Issue: Risers appear cloudy or opaque.

Solution: Ensure that the protective film has been completely removed from both the inside and outside surfaces of each riser. The film is often thin and can be difficult to spot.

Issue: Product has a slight odor.

Solution: This is normal for new acrylic products. Place the risers in a well-ventilated area for 1-2 hours to allow the odor to dissipate.

Issue: Riser arrived broken or damaged.
