Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble and set up your Pioneer Pet Swan Drinking Fountain:

1. Assemble the Base and Top: Place the swan-shaped top component securely onto the oval base.
2. Install the Pump: Position the pump inside the designated area within the base. Ensure it is firmly seated.
3. Insert the Filter: Place the charcoal filter over the pump. The filter helps to clean out debris, fur, and dirt, ensuring clean and healthy water for your pet.
4. Fill with Water: Fill the fountain with fresh water up to the recommended level. The fountain has an 80oz capacity.

Operating Instructions

• Pump Cleaning: The pump and impeller can be soaked and cleaned without hassle. Use a small brush to clean any hard-to-reach areas within the pump and spout to remove debris or mineral buildup.

Troubleshooting

• Fountain is Noisy: If the fountain becomes noisy, check the water level. Noise often indicates that the water level is low. Refill the fountain to the appropriate level to restore quiet operation.
• Water Not Flowing After Cleaning: After cleaning, it may take several minutes for the water to start flowing consistently through the spout. Allow some time for the pump to prime and water to circulate.
