Setup

Initial Charge

Before first use, fully charge your MYMAHDI MP3 Player using the provided USB cable. Connect the micro USB end to the player's charging port and the USB-A end to a computer or a compatible USB wall adapter.

Powering On/Off

To power on the device, long-press the power button located on the side. To power off, long-press the power button again until the device shuts down.

Inserting a Micro SD Card

The device supports external TF (Micro SD) cards up to 1TB. Locate the card slot on the side of the player. Gently insert the Micro SD card with the gold contacts facing upwards until it clicks into place.

Connecting to a Computer

Connect the player to your computer using the supplied USB cable. The device will appear as a removable disk, allowing you to transfer music, videos, and other files by dragging and dropping them into the appropriate folders.

Operating Instructions

The MYMAHDI MP3 Player features a touch screen interface with additional touch-sensitive buttons below the display for navigation. The main menu provides access to various functions.

Music Playback

Navigate to the 'Music' icon on the main menu and press to confirm. You can browse by all songs, artists, albums, genres, or playlists. The player supports multiple lossless and standard audio formats including MP3, WMA, OGG, APE, FLAC, WAV, AAC, and ACELP.

Video Playback

Select the 'Videos' icon from the main menu. The player supports 720P/1080P full format HD video playback. Supported formats include RM, RMVB, AVI, MKV, WMV, VOB, MOV, FLV, ASF, DAT, MP4, 3GP, MPG, MPEG. Note that some formats may require conversion using the provided software tool on a computer.

FM Radio

To access the FM Radio, select the 'FM Radio' icon. The earphones or an AUX cable must be plugged in to act as an antenna. You can manually tune or auto-scan for stations. The player also supports recording FM radio broadcasts.

Voice Recording

Open the 'Sound Recorder' icon to begin recording. The device features an independent intelligent noise reduction chip for clear, linear recording, making it suitable for various environments.

E-book Reader

Open the 'E-book' icon to access your text files. The player supports TXT format for reading. You can navigate through pages using the directional buttons.

Bluetooth Connectivity

From the main menu, select the 'Bluetooth' icon. You can search for and pair with compatible Bluetooth devices such as headphones, speakers, or car audio systems. The Bluetooth 5.0 ensures a stable and fast connection.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the device. Avoid using harsh chemicals or solvents.
• Storage: Store the player in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the device frequently. Charge it regularly, even if not in use.
• Software Updates: Check the manufacturer's website periodically for any firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and new features.

Troubleshooting

Player Does Not Turn On

• Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the player to a power source and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on again.
• If the device is completely unresponsive, try long-pressing the power button for 10-15 seconds to force a reset.

Unable to Transfer Files

• Verify the USB cable connection to both the player and the computer. Try a different USB port or cable.
• Ensure the player is in data transfer mode if prompted.
• Check if the player's internal storage or the Micro SD card is full. Delete unnecessary files to free up space.
• If transferring video files, ensure they are in a supported format (AVI, AMV) and have the correct resolution (320x240). Use the provided conversion tool if necessary.

Poor Sound Quality

• Check the earphones or connected Bluetooth device. Try a different pair of earphones or speaker.
• Ensure the volume is not set too low or too high, which can cause distortion.
• For FM radio, ensure the earphones are properly plugged in to act as an antenna for better reception.
