Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps carefully to assemble your Yaheetech Dance Pole. It is recommended to have two people for easier installation.
1. Determine Pole Height and Extensions
Measure the height of your ceiling. The pole is adjustable from 85 inches (7 ft) to 108.5 inches (9 ft). Select the appropriate extension poles based on your ceiling height.

Image: A visual guide demonstrating how different extension pieces (No Extension, Add 5.1" Extension, Add 11" Extension, Add 5.1" & 11" Extension) achieve various pole heights ranging from 85" to 108.5".
- 85" - 91.7" (No Extension): Use Main Pole A and Main Pole B directly.
- 90.2" - 96.9" (Add 5.1" Extension): Use Main Pole A, Main Pole B, and Extension A.
- 96.1" - 102.8" (Add 11" Extension): Use Main Pole A, Main Pole B, and Extension B.
- 100" - 108.5" (Add 5.1" & 11" Extension): Use Main Pole A, Main Pole B, Extension A, and Extension B.
2. Assemble the Pole Sections
- Screw the chosen extension(s) into Main Pole B.
- Screw Main Pole A (with the adjuster mechanism) onto the top of the assembled extension(s) and Main Pole B. Ensure all connections are tight.

3. Attach Domes
- Place the Base Dome onto the bottom of the assembled pole.
- Place the Top Dome onto the top of Main Pole A, ensuring the adjuster mechanism aligns with the center of the dome. The domes have silicone rubber rims for floor and ceiling protection and added friction.

4. Position and Secure the Pole
- Stand the assembled pole upright in your desired location, ensuring the Base Dome is centered on the floor and the Top Dome is centered on the ceiling.
- Rotate the adjuster on Main Pole A clockwise to extend the pole until it is firmly secured between the floor and ceiling. Do not overtighten, but ensure it is stable and does not wobble.
- Use the provided hex key to tighten the locking screws on the adjuster mechanism to prevent it from loosening.

Operating Instructions
Your Yaheetech Dance Pole supports both static and spinning modes, allowing for versatile use.
Switching Between Modes

Image: A diagram showing the base of the pole with two states: "Static modes" where clamping screws are fastened, and "Spinning modes" where clamping screws are loosened, allowing 360-degree rotation.
- Static Mode: To lock the pole in a static position, locate the small screws at the base of the pole (near the bottom bearing mechanism). Use the provided hex key to tighten these clamping screws firmly. This will prevent the pole from rotating.
- Spinning Mode: To enable the pole to spin freely, loosen the clamping screws at the base of the pole using the hex key. Ensure they are loose enough for the pole to rotate smoothly.
Always ensure the pole is securely installed and the mode is correctly set before beginning any activity.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe down the pole regularly with a soft, damp cloth. For a deeper clean, use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the chrome finish.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect all pole sections, connections, and the adjuster mechanism for any signs of wear, damage, or loosening.
- Lubrication: The internal bearing mechanism is generally maintenance-free. Do not apply lubricants unless specifically instructed by the manufacturer, as this could affect performance or safety.
- Storage: If disassembling for storage, clean all parts thoroughly and store them in a dry, cool place to prevent rust or corrosion.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Pole wobbles or feels unstable. | Not tightened enough; uneven surface; loose connections. | Ensure the pole is fully extended and locked. Check all screw connections. Relocate to a flat, stable surface. |
| Pole does not spin in spinning mode. | Clamping screws for static mode are still tightened. | Loosen the clamping screws at the base of the pole completely. |
| Pole spins in static mode. | Clamping screws for static mode are not tightened enough. | Tighten the clamping screws at the base of the pole firmly. |
| Difficulty assembling sections. | Threads misaligned; debris in threads. | Ensure threads are clean and aligned before screwing. Do not force. |
