3. Safety Information
- Ensure the input voltage is within the specified DC 12V-24V range.
- Do not expose the product to excessive moisture or extreme temperatures.
- Always connect the product to the correct positive (+) and negative (-) terminals. Incorrect wiring can cause damage to the device or vehicle.

5. Installation
- Prepare the Mounting Hole: Drill a hole with approximately 1.13 inches (2.87 cm) diameter in the desired mounting location using a hole opener. Ensure there is sufficient space behind the panel for the charger body and wiring.
- Insert the Charger: Place the YONHAN USB charger into the drilled hole from the front of the panel.
- Secure the Charger: Screw the retaining nut onto the back of the charger body from behind the panel until it is tightly secured.
- Connect Wiring: The terminals on the back of the charger are labeled "+" for the positive pole and "-" for the negative pole. Connect the included wiring harness to these terminals, ensuring correct polarity. The red wire typically connects to the positive (+) terminal and the black wire to the negative (-) terminal.
- Connect to Power Source: Connect the other end of the wiring harness to your vehicle's 12V-24V power source, ensuring the fuse is properly installed in the positive line.

6. Operation
- Power On: Once correctly installed and connected to a power source, the LED voltmeter display will illuminate, showing the current voltage of your vehicle's battery.
- Charging Devices: Plug your USB charging cables into the dual QC 3.0 USB ports. The charger will automatically detect your device and deliver the optimal charging speed.
- Monitoring Voltage: The LED display continuously shows the vehicle's voltage.
- 13.4V - 14.8V: Normal voltage range when the car is running.
- 12.2V - 12.8V: Normal voltage range when the car is off.
- Below 12V: Indicates a potential issue with the battery or charging system; consider checking your vehicle's battery.
- Weatherproof Cap: Use the detachable cap to protect the USB ports from dust and moisture when not in use.
