2. Safety Information
- Always assemble the table on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches to the glass or frame.
- Ensure all bolts and screws are securely tightened before using the table. Periodically check and re-tighten as necessary.
- Do not place excessively hot items directly on the glass surface without protective coasters.
- Avoid standing or sitting on the table.
- Use caution when handling the glass top to prevent breakage or injury.
- Keep small parts and packaging materials away from children.
- This table is designed to support a maximum weight of 121 pounds (approximately 55 kg). Do not exceed this limit.
3. Package Contents
Before beginning assembly, verify that all components listed below are present and undamaged. If any parts are missing or damaged, please contact Flash Furniture customer support.
- Tempered Glass Table Top (1)
- Main Frame Assembly (1)
- Legs (4)
- Hardware Pack (Bolts, Washers, Nuts, Allen Wrench)
- Plastic Floor Glides (Pre-attached or separate)
4. Setup and Assembly
Assembly typically requires two adults. It is recommended to assemble the table on a soft, flat surface like a carpet or blanket to prevent scratching. Having sawhorses or elevated supports can make assembly easier on your back and knees.
- Unpack and Identify Parts: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Lay them out on your protected assembly surface. Identify the glass top, the main metal frame, and the four legs. Locate the hardware pack.

- Attach Legs to Main Frame: Position the main metal frame upside down. Carefully align each of the four legs with the designated attachment points on the frame. Insert the bolts through the holes and loosely secure them with washers and nuts. Do not fully tighten at this stage. This allows for slight adjustments needed in later steps.

- Attach Frame Assembly to Glass Top: With the glass top still on your protected surface (or elevated on sawhorses), carefully place the assembled frame (with loosely attached legs) onto the underside of the glass top. Ensure the pre-drilled holes in the frame align with the attachment points on the glass top. Insert the remaining bolts and loosely secure them.

- Final Tightening: Once all bolts are in place and loosely secured, gradually tighten all bolts using the provided Allen wrench. Work in a crisscross pattern to ensure even tension and prevent warping. Ensure all connections are firm and stable.
- Upright the Table: With the help of another person, carefully flip the table upright. Place it on a level surface. Check for stability; if the table wobbles, re-check all connections and ensure they are fully tightened.

5. Operating Instructions
This table is designed for dining and general outdoor/indoor use. Its primary operational feature is the integrated umbrella hole.
- Umbrella Usage: The center of the table features a pre-drilled hole designed to accommodate a standard patio umbrella. Simply insert the umbrella pole through the hole. Ensure the umbrella base (not included) is stable and weighted appropriately to prevent tipping, especially in windy conditions.

- Placement: Place the table on a flat, stable surface. The plastic floor glides on the legs help protect your flooring and provide stability.

6. Maintenance and Care
- Cleaning the Glass Top: Use a glass cleaner or a mild soap and water solution with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that could scratch the glass.
- Cleaning the Metal Frame: Wipe the black powder-coated metal frame with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. Dry thoroughly to prevent water spots.
- Rust Prevention: While the frame has a powder-coat finish, prolonged exposure to moisture can lead to rust, especially at weld points. For outdoor use, consider covering the table during inclement weather or when not in use for extended periods. Regularly inspect for any signs of rust and address them promptly with appropriate rust-inhibiting products.
- General Care: Periodically check all bolts and connections to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten as needed to maintain stability.
- Storage: If storing the table outdoors during winter or extended periods of non-use, cover it with a weather-resistant furniture cover. For best longevity, store indoors in a dry environment.
7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Table wobbles after assembly. | Bolts are not fully tightened or unevenly tightened. | Ensure all bolts are tightened evenly and securely. Loosen all bolts slightly, gently press down on the table to settle it, then re-tighten all bolts in a crisscross pattern. |
| Missing hardware or components. | Packaging error or parts lost during unpacking. | Carefully check all packaging materials. If parts are still missing, contact Flash Furniture customer support with your model number and purchase details. |
| Difficulty aligning holes during assembly. | Bolts were tightened too early, or components are not properly oriented. | Ensure all bolts are only loosely secured until all components are in place. Slightly loosen any already tightened bolts to allow for adjustment. Verify component orientation. |
| Rust appearing on metal frame. | Prolonged exposure to moisture, especially in outdoor environments. | Clean affected areas and apply a rust-inhibiting paint or sealant. Consider using a weather-resistant cover when the table is not in use, especially outdoors. |
