Important Safeguards
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons, including the following:

- Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to 'off', then remove plug from wall outlet.
- Do not use appliance for other than intended use.

Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the appliance and all accessories from the packaging. Retain the packaging for future storage or transport.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wipe the grill plate and raclette pans with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. The main unit can be wiped with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
- Placement: Place the appliance on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from walls, curtains, and other heat-sensitive materials. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit.
- Power Connection: Ensure the ON/OFF switch is in the 'OFF' position before plugging the appliance into a grounded electrical outlet. The cord length is 2 meters.
Operating Instructions
Powering On/Off
To turn the appliance on, plug it into a suitable power outlet and press the red ON/OFF switch to the 'ON' position. The indicator light on the switch will illuminate. To turn off, press the switch to the 'OFF' position and unplug the appliance.

Using the Raclette Function
The appliance heats up quickly with its 700W power. Allow a few minutes for the heating element to reach optimal temperature before placing food.
- Prepare your ingredients: slice cheese, cooked potatoes, and other desired items.
- Place a portion of cheese or other ingredients into one of the individual raclette pans.
- Slide the pan under the heating element in the lower section of the appliance.
- Monitor the cooking process. Once the cheese is melted and bubbly, or ingredients are cooked to your preference, carefully remove the pan using the insulated handle.
- Serve the contents directly onto your plate.

Using the Grill Function
The top grill plate is ideal for searing meats, grilling vegetables, or warming bread.
- Ensure the grill plate is clean and properly seated on the top of the appliance.
- Allow the appliance to preheat for approximately 5-10 minutes with the grill plate in place.
- Lightly oil the grill plate if desired, especially for delicate foods.
- Place your prepared food directly onto the hot grill plate.
- Cook until desired doneness, turning food as needed.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your appliance.
- Cool Down: Always ensure the appliance is unplugged and completely cool before attempting to clean it.
- Grill Plate and Raclette Pans: The non-stick grill plate and raclette pans are dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. Alternatively, they can be washed by hand with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. Never immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
- Storage: Once clean and dry, store the appliance in a cool, dry place. The compact design allows for convenient storage.
