- Always place the treadmill on a level surface with at least 2 feet of clear space behind it and 1 foot on each side.
- Keep children and pets away from the treadmill at all times.
- Ensure the safety key is properly attached to your clothing before starting the treadmill. In case of emergency, the safety key will disengage, stopping the machine.
- Do not exceed the maximum user weight capacity of 265 pounds (120 kg).

4. Setup and Assembly
The SereneLife treadmill requires some assembly. Follow these steps carefully to ensure proper setup.
4.1 Unfolding the Treadmill
The treadmill comes pre-assembled in a folded position for compact storage. To unfold it:
- Place the treadmill on a flat, stable surface.
- Locate the hydraulic folding mechanism or locking pin.

- To stop, press the 'STOP' button or pull the safety key.
