Operating Instructions
Taking a Measurement
- Place the scale on a hard, flat surface. Avoid soft surfaces like carpet, which can affect accuracy.
- Ensure your smartphone's Bluetooth is enabled and the companion app is open (or will be opened shortly after weighing).
- Step onto the scale barefoot. For full body composition analysis, your bare feet must make contact with all four electrode sensors.
- Stand still on the scale until your weight is displayed on the LED screen and the measurement is transferred to the app.
- The app will display your weight, BMI, body fat percentage, fat-free body weight, subcutaneous fat, visceral fat, body water, skeletal muscle, muscle mass, bone mass, protein levels, BMR, and metabolic age.

Multiple Users
The EnerPlex Fit app supports multiple user profiles, making it ideal for families. Each user can create their own profile within the app, and the scale will automatically recognize and track individual progress. Measurements taken without the app open can be synced later when the app is launched.

Maintenance
Cleaning
To clean your EnerPlex Fit scale, wipe the tempered glass surface with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish and sensors.
Storage
Store the scale in a dry place at room temperature. Its compact design allows it to be unobtrusively tucked into bathrooms or bedrooms without taking up valuable floor space.

Troubleshooting
- Inaccurate Readings: Ensure the scale is placed on a hard, flat surface. Soft surfaces like carpet can cause inaccurate measurements. Always step on the scale barefoot for accurate body composition analysis.
- App Connectivity Issues: Verify that Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and the app is open. If issues persist, try restarting both the scale (by removing and reinserting batteries) and your phone. Ensure the app is updated to the latest version.
- App Discontinuation: Some users have reported issues with older versions of the companion app being discontinued. Please ensure you are using the latest recommended app (e.g., Feelfit or EnerPlex Fit Plus) and check for updates regularly.
- Low Battery Indicator: If the LED display shows a low battery warning, replace all 3 AAA batteries promptly to ensure continued accurate operation.
