Maintenance

  • Clean Microfiber Pads: After each use, remove the microfiber pads and wash them. They are machine washable. Ensure they are dry before reattaching for next use.
  • Empty Water Tank: Empty any remaining cleaning solution from the water tank.
  • Wipe Down Robot: Use a clean, dry cloth to wipe down the robot's exterior to remove any dirt or residue.
  • Store Properly: Store the robot and its accessories in a cool, dry place.

Troubleshooting

  • Robot is Slipping/Not Sticking:
    • Ensure microfiber pads are not overly saturated. Only lightly wet the pads.
    • Verify that only the recommended cleaning solution or plain water is used. Other soaps or solutions may reduce suction.
    • Check for excessive dirt buildup on the pads or window surface. Clean pads and pre-clean heavily soiled windows if necessary.
  • Poor Cleaning Performance:
    • Replace dirty microfiber pads with clean ones.
    • For very dirty windows, perform multiple cleaning passes.
    • Ensure the water tank is filled with cleaning solution.
  • Robot Not Moving/Responding:
    • Check battery level and recharge if necessary.
    • Ensure the power adapter is securely connected during operation (if not running on battery).
    • Verify remote control batteries are functional.
