5.1. Cleaning the Device
Wipe the RoWrite pad and pen with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.

The pen uses standard D1 ballpoint pen refills. Replace the refill when the ink runs out. Replace the pen battery when the pen's responsiveness decreases or it fails to register strokes.
5.3. Paper Replacement
The RoWrite pad is designed to work with standard A5 paper. You can purchase Royole RoWrite notepads or use any A5 paper that fits within the designated writing area.
6. Troubleshooting
- Device Not Turning On: Ensure the device is fully charged. If the issue persists, try a different charging cable or power adapter.
- Pen Not Registering Strokes: Check if the pen battery is inserted correctly and has sufficient charge. Replace the battery if necessary. Ensure the pen tip is not worn out and replace the refill if needed.
- Connectivity Issues (Bluetooth): Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on both the RoWrite pad and your smart device. Try unpairing and re-pairing the devices. Ensure the RoWrite app is updated to the latest version.
- Handwriting Conversion Inaccuracy: OCR accuracy can be affected by handwriting style. Try writing more clearly and consistently. Ensure the paper is flat and properly aligned on the pad.
- App Not Responding: Close and restart the RoWrite app. If the problem continues, restart your smartphone or tablet. Ensure your device's operating system is up to date.
