Setup and Installation
Follow these steps carefully to assemble your HUANUO Dual Monitor Stand. Ensure you have adequate space and the necessary tools before starting.
Step 1: Install the Pole to Desktop (Choose One Option)
Your monitor stand offers multiple installation methods to suit your desk setup.
Option A: Weighted Base Install
This option is ideal if you prefer to move your monitors frequently or do not wish to drill into your desk. Simply place the weighted base on your desk and secure the main pole to it using the provided screws.

Option B: Grommet Hole Install
For a more secure and space-saving setup, use the grommet hole installation. This method requires an existing grommet hole or drilling a new one (ensure your desk material is suitable for drilling). Insert the pole through the hole and secure it from underneath the desk with the grommet base components.
Note: If drilling a new hole, ensure it is of the correct diameter as specified in the detailed manual and clear of any obstructions underneath the desk.
Option C: Weighted Base & Grommet Base Install (Double Installation)
This option combines the stability of the grommet mount with the added support of the weighted base, providing maximum security. Follow the steps for both Option A and Option B, integrating the components as shown in the diagram.
Step 2: Install Arm to the Pole
Slide the dual monitor arm assembly onto the main pole. Adjust it to your desired initial height and tighten the securing bolt using the provided Allen wrench. Ensure the arm is level and firmly attached.
Step 3: Attach the VESA Plate to the Monitor
Carefully attach the VESA plates to the back of your monitors. Use the appropriate screws (M4 or M5) and spacers from the hardware kit that fit your monitor's VESA mounting holes. Ensure the screws are tightened securely but do not overtighten.
For monitors with a flat back screen, use the standard screws. For monitors with a curved or recessed back screen, use the longer screws and spacers to ensure a flush fit.
Step 4: Slide the Monitor onto the Head of Swivel Arm
With the VESA plate attached to your monitor, carefully slide the monitor onto the head of the swivel arm. The VESA plate is designed to hook onto the arm, then slide down to lock into place. Ensure it is fully seated and secure before releasing the monitor.
Step 5: Fix the Tilt Angle & Slightly Adjust the Monitor Level
Once the monitors are mounted, you can adjust their tilt angle. Use the Allen wrench to loosen the tilt mechanism, set your desired angle, and then tighten it firmly. If monitors are not perfectly level, use the small adjustment screw on the VESA plate to slightly raise or lower one side until they are aligned.

Step 6: Make Necessary Adjustments & Manage Wires
Perform final adjustments to the monitor height, swivel, and rotation to achieve your optimal ergonomic setup. Utilize the integrated cable management clips along the arms and pole to route your monitor and power cables, keeping your desk neat and organized.

Operating Instructions
Once installed, your HUANUO Dual Monitor Stand allows for easy adjustment to optimize your viewing experience.
- Height Adjustment: To adjust the height of the monitor arms along the main pole, loosen the securing bolt on the pole, slide the arm to the desired height, and re-tighten the bolt firmly.
- Swivel: The monitor arms can swivel 90° and 180° at various joints, allowing you to position your monitors precisely.
- Tilt: Each VESA plate allows for a +/- 90° tilt, enabling you to adjust the vertical viewing angle of your monitors. Loosen the tilt screw, set the angle, and re-tighten.
- Rotation: The VESA plates can rotate +/- 180°, allowing you to switch between landscape and portrait orientations for your monitors.

Important Note: When using the weighted base, ensure the balance of the two arms, especially if only one monitor is installed or if monitors of significantly different weights are used, to prevent tipping.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance will help ensure the longevity and proper functioning of your monitor stand.
- Cleaning: Wipe the stand with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
- Tightness Check: Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary, but do not overtighten.
- Cable Management: Ensure cables are not pinched or excessively strained by the cable management clips. Adjust as needed.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your HUANUO Dual Monitor Stand, please refer to the following common solutions:
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| Monitors are not level. | Use the small adjustment screw on the VESA plate to slightly raise or lower one side until monitors are aligned. Ensure the main arm is level. |
| Stand feels unstable or tips. | Ensure all installation bolts are securely tightened. If using the weighted base, verify that monitor weights are balanced. Consider using the grommet mount option for increased stability. |
| Monitor sags or doesn't hold position. | Tighten the tilt adjustment screw on the VESA plate. Ensure the monitor weight does not exceed the 22lbs per arm capacity. |
| Cables are difficult to manage. | Utilize all provided cable management clips. Ensure cables are routed loosely enough to allow for full range of motion without strain. |
