Pain Relief and Versatility

Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove the massage pad and all accessories from the packaging.

- Placement:
- For back massage: Place the pad on a chair, sofa, or bed. Use the adjustable strap to secure it to the backrest of a chair if desired.
- For foot massage: Place the pad on a flat, stable surface on the floor.
- Power Connection:
- For home/office use: Connect the AC power adaptor to the massage pad's input port, then plug the adaptor into a standard electrical outlet.
- For car use: Connect the car adaptor to the massage pad's input port, then plug the car adaptor into your vehicle's 12V power outlet (cigarette lighter socket).

Operating Instructions

Maintenance
