Important Safety Information

• Deep Kneading Shiatsu Massage

  The BackPlus massage pad features 4 rotating massage heads that simulate the pressure and kneading motions of a traditional Shiatsu massage. This design aims to improve blood circulation and relieve muscle tension effectively. It can be used for both back and foot massage.

• Adjustable Chair Strap and Car Adaptor

  This massager includes an adjustable chair strap, allowing it to be easily secured to most chairs, transforming any seat into a shiatsu massage and lumbar support chair. A car adaptor is also provided for convenient use in vehicles, making it suitable for travel or long commutes.

• Pain Relief and Versatility

  The 4 rotating massage heads are designed to relieve muscle aches and pains throughout the body. When placed on the floor, it functions effectively as a foot massager, targeting pressure points for comprehensive relief.

• Pressure Point Flap

  An additional flap with pressure point tips is included to intensify massages and further release tension in stubborn areas. Users can toggle between different vibration functions and directions to maximize comfort and customize their massage experience.

• Soothing Heat Therapy

• Acupressure Points

Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove the massage pad and all accessories from the packaging.
2. Inspect: Check the device and power cords for any signs of damage. Do not use if damaged.
3. Placement:
   • For back massage: Place the pad on a chair, sofa, or bed. Use the adjustable strap to secure it to the backrest of a chair if desired.
   • For foot massage: Place the pad on a flat, stable surface on the floor.
4. Power Connection:
   • For home/office use: Connect the AC power adaptor to the massage pad's input port, then plug the adaptor into a standard electrical outlet.
   • For car use: Connect the car adaptor to the massage pad's input port, then plug the car adaptor into your vehicle's 12V power outlet (cigarette lighter socket).
5. Ensure the power cord is not pinched or tangled.

Operating Instructions

The control panel is located on the side of the massage pad. Familiarize yourself with the buttons before use.

1. Power On/Off: Press the Power Button (usually indicated by a power symbol) to turn the massager on or off. The default mode typically starts with kneading massage.
2. Heat Function: Press the Heat Button (often indicated by a wavy lines or heat symbol) to activate or deactivate the soothing heat therapy. An indicator light will illuminate when heat is active.
3. Massage Direction: Press the Direction Button (often indicated by circular arrows) to change the rotation direction of the massage nodes (clockwise or counter-clockwise).
4. Intensity/Mode: Some models may have a button to adjust massage intensity or switch between different massage modes (e.g., continuous kneading, intermittent). Refer to the specific button icons on your device.
5. Automatic Shut-off: For safety, the massager is equipped with an automatic shut-off timer, typically after 15-20 minutes of continuous use. You can restart the device if further massage is desired.
6. Using the Pressure Point Flap: For a more intense massage, position the pressure point flap over the area you wish to target. This can be particularly effective for deeper muscle tension.

Always start with shorter sessions to assess your comfort level and gradually increase duration as desired.

Maintenance

• Cleaning:
  • Before cleaning, always unplug the massager from the power source.
  • Wipe the surface of the massage pad with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals.
  • Do not immerse the massager in water or any other liquid.
  • Allow the massager to dry completely before storing or next use.
• Storage:
  • Store the massager in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Avoid placing heavy objects on the massager during storage.
  • Do not wrap the power cord tightly around the device, as this can damage the cord.
