Setup

    • Lower the tilt-head until it locks into position.

Operating Instructions

  1. Adding Ingredients: With the mixer unplugged and the tilt-head raised, add your ingredients to the stainless steel bowl.
  2. Lowering the Head: Lower the tilt-head until it clicks into place.
  3. Power On: Plug the mixer into a suitable electrical outlet (120V or 220V-240V depending on model).
  4. Selecting Speed: Turn the speed control knob to the desired setting (1-6). Use the 'P' setting for pulse action. Start at a low speed and gradually increase to prevent splashing.
  5. Mixing: Allow the mixer to operate until ingredients are thoroughly combined. For optimal results, occasionally scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
  6. Stopping Operation: Turn the speed control knob to '0' to stop the mixer. Unplug the appliance before removing the bowl or attachments.
