- Securing Entrances:
The crate features multiple zippered entrances (top, front, and side). Ensure all unused entrances are securely zipped closed before placing your pet inside.
Operating Instructions
- Placing Your Pet Inside:
Open one of the large entrances. Gently encourage your pet to enter the crate. Once inside, securely close the zipper.
- Ventilation:
The crate is designed with breathable mesh panels on multiple sides to ensure adequate airflow for your pet. Do not obstruct these panels.

- Car Transport:
For safe car transport, position the crate in the back seat or trunk. Use the integrated straps or loops to secure the crate with the vehicle's seatbelts. This prevents the crate from shifting during travel.

Maintenance
- Crate Fabric:
The 600D Oxford fabric can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth or a soft brush to remove dirt and stains.
- Removable Blanket:
The soft blanket includes a 1cm thick insulating foam mat that can be removed via a zipper. The blanket cover is machine washable at 30°C (86°F). Allow to air dry completely before reinserting the foam mat and placing it back in the crate.
- Storage:
When not in use, store the folded crate in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight to prolong its lifespan.
Troubleshooting
- Crate not unfolding/folding smoothly:
Ensure no fabric is caught in the metal frame hinges. Apply gentle, even pressure when unfolding or folding. Check for any obstructions.
- Pet resistance to entering the crate:
Introduce the crate gradually. Place familiar toys or treats inside. Never force your pet into the crate. Positive reinforcement training is recommended.
- Zippers sticking:
Ensure the fabric is not caught in the zipper teeth. Apply a small amount of zipper lubricant if necessary.
