Product Overview

The CandyWish Wireless Earbuds feature a magnetic design, ergonomic fit, and intuitive controls for a seamless audio experience.

Magnetic Design

The earbuds are equipped with built-in magnets that allow them to attach to each other, forming a secure loop around your neck when not in use. This prevents them from falling off and helps in convenient storage.

Control Panel

The inline control panel allows for easy management of audio playback and calls.

• MIC: Integrated microphone for hands-free calls.
• Volume + / Previous Track: Press briefly to increase volume. Press and hold to skip to the previous track.
• Power On/Off / Play/Pause / Answer Call: Press and hold to power on/off. Press briefly to play/pause music or answer/end a call.
• Volume - / Next Track: Press briefly to decrease volume. Press and hold to skip to the next track.
• USB Charger Port: For connecting the charging cable.

Setup

Charging the Earbuds

1. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the USB charger port on the earbud's control panel.
2. Plug the other end of the USB cable into a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter).
3. The indicator light will typically show red during charging and turn blue when fully charged.
4. A full charge provides approximately 5-6 hours of continuous music/talk time or up to 240 hours of standby time.
5. Tip: Charge your headphones when the battery is low to maintain optimal wireless connection and protect the battery's lifespan.

Pairing with a Device

1. Ensure the earbuds are turned off.
2. Press and hold the Power On/Off button until the indicator light flashes red and blue alternately, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your smartphone, tablet, or other Bluetooth-enabled device, go to the Bluetooth settings.
4. Search for available devices and select "CandyWish" (or similar name) from the list.
5. Once connected, the indicator light will typically flash blue slowly or turn off, and you will hear an audible confirmation.
6. The earbuds will automatically attempt to reconnect to the last paired device when powered on.

Adjusting for Comfort

The package includes small, medium, and large ear tips, as well as ear hooks. Experiment with different sizes to find the most secure and comfortable fit for your ears. A proper fit enhances sound quality and helps reduce external noise.

Tip: Choose suitable ear tips and wear your headphones tightly when engaging in activities like running or cycling to minimize wind noise and ensure stability.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

• Power On: Press and hold the Power On/Off button for approximately 3 seconds until the indicator light flashes blue and you hear a power-on prompt.
• Power Off: Press and hold the Power On/Off button for approximately 3 seconds until the indicator light flashes red and you hear a power-off prompt.

Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Press the Power On/Off button once.
• Volume Up: Press the "+" button once.
• Volume Down: Press the "-" button once.
• Next Track: Press and hold the "-" button.
• Previous Track: Press and hold the "+" button.

Phone Calls

The earbuds feature CVC6.0 Noise Cancellation technology for clearer microphone sound during calls.

• Answer/End Call: Press the Power On/Off button once.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the Power On/Off button for approximately 2 seconds.
• Redial Last Number: Double-press the Power On/Off button.

Maintenance

Proper care ensures the longevity and performance of your earbuds.

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the earbuds. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Sweatproof Protection: The earbuds are protected from sweat and light rain with a water-resistant inner nano coating. However, they are not designed for submersion in water. Wipe off sweat after workouts.
• Storage: When not in use, store the earbuds in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. The magnetic design allows for convenient storage around your neck.
• Battery Care: Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the earbuds regularly, even if not used for extended periods, to maintain battery health.
