4. Setup
Before first use, wash all removable parts (carafe, filter baskets, lid) in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Insert the desired filter basket (cone or flat bottom) into the brew head. Fill the water tank with fresh, cold water up to the desired level indicated on the side. Place the glass carafe with its lid securely on the heating plate.

5.1 Brewing Modes
- Gold: Automatically adjusts water temperature and brew time to meet SCA Gold Cup standards (197 to 204 degrees).

- Cold Brew: For a smooth, low-acid cold brew concentrate.

6. Maintenance & Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your coffee maker. All removable parts should be washed after each use. The machine also features a descaling function to remove mineral buildup.
6.1 Daily Cleaning
- Remove and empty the filter basket. Discard used coffee grounds and paper filters.
- Wash the filter basket, carafe, and carafe lid in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.
- Wipe down the exterior of the machine with a soft, damp cloth.
6.2 Descaling
