Assembly Instructions
Please follow these steps carefully to assemble your Power Wheels Racing ATV. Refer to the included diagrams and parts list for detailed identification.
Step 1: Prepare the Vehicle
Unpack all components and ensure all parts are present. Place the main vehicle body on a stable, flat surface.
Step 2: Install the Front Bumper
Attach the front bumper to the designated slots at the front of the vehicle. Secure it with the provided screws.

Step 3: Install the Rear Axle and Gearboxes
Carefully turn the vehicle upside down. Install the rear axle through the designated openings. Attach the gearboxes to each end of the axle, ensuring they are correctly oriented (left 'L' and right 'R' markings). Secure with nuts and washers.
Step 4: Attach the Wheels
Slide the wheels onto the axles. Ensure the rear wheels (which may have a plum pattern for traction) are on the correct side. Secure each wheel with a washer and nut. Tighten the nuts on both sides of the rear wheels in opposite directions to ensure proper engagement.

Step 5: Install the Steering Wheel
Insert the steering column into the vehicle's body. Connect the wiring from the steering wheel to the main harness. Secure the steering wheel in place with the provided hardware.

Step 6: Connect the Battery and Install the Seat
Locate the battery compartment, usually under the seat. Connect the battery terminals (red to red, black to black). Place the seat onto the vehicle and secure it with screws.

Operating Instructions
Starting the Vehicle
- Ensure the battery is fully charged and properly connected.
- Press the power button to turn on the vehicle.
Speed and Direction Control
- The ATV drives at 3 and 6 mph (4.8 and 9.6 km/h) max. forward.
- It also drives at 3 mph (4.8 km/h) max. in reverse.
- Use the gear selector switch to choose between low and high speed.

- Use the forward/reverse switch to select the desired direction.
Braking
