Setup and Preparation

1. Charge the Device

Before first use, ensure the device is fully charged. Connect the charging cord to the device and plug the USB adapter into a wall outlet. Allow at least 10 minutes for initial charging.

2. Fill the Water Basin

Open the water basin cap at the bottom of the device and fill it with warm water. Ensure the cap is securely closed until it snaps into place.

3. Attach the Neck and Tip

Push the wider end of the neck component into the top of the device body. It should fit snugly but allow rotation. Then, gently attach one of the reusable tips to the top of the neck. The integrated splash dish on the tip prevents over-insertion into the ear canal.

Operating Instructions

1. Pre-treatment with Ear Drops

For optimal results, pre-treat the affected ear with the Cleanse Right USA Made Ear Drops. Gently squeeze 5-10 drops into the ear while lying on your side. Allow the drops to settle for 3-5 minutes. You may feel a fizzing sensation, which indicates the drops are working to soften the earwax. After the waiting period, turn your head over a sink to allow the solution and softened wax to drain out.

2. Using the Electronic Ear Wax Remover

Stand over a sink or use the device in the shower, as it is waterproof. Insert the clean, reusable tip into your ear. The integrated splash dish will prevent it from going in too deeply.

The device features 3 separate speeds and a pulse mode. To test the pressure, point the device into the sink and cycle through the settings:

1. Press the power button once for the low setting.
2. Press again for the high setting.
3. Press a third time for pulse mode.
4. Press a fourth time to turn the device off.

Once you are comfortable with the pressure, insert the tip into your ear and spray for 5-10 seconds to remove the blockage. If the blockage is not dislodged after the first spraying, repeat the 5-10 second spray until the blockage is removed.

Maintenance and Cleaning

After each use, disconnect the tip from the device. The reusable tips are dishwasher friendly. Alternatively, you can wash them in warm, soapy water. Allow the tips to air dry completely before storing or reusing. Each tip can be washed up to 100 times before needing replacement.

Drain any excess water from the device's water basin after use.

Troubleshooting

Dizziness During Use

You may experience some dizziness while using the device. This is normal. If this happens, sit down and continue using the device with a Cleanse Right catch basin (not included in this kit) instead of over a sink or in the shower, to manage any discomfort.

Stubborn Wax Blockage

If the earwax blockage is still present after initial attempts, repeat the pre-treatment with ear drops and the irrigation process as many times as necessary to clear the blockage. Ensure you are using warm water, as cold water can cause dizziness.

Tip Detachment
