2. Setup and First Use
Unpacking:
Carefully remove all packaging materials, including any labels or stickers. Retain the packaging for future storage or transport if needed.
Initial Cleaning:
Before first use, wash the removable stoneware pot and the glass lid in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. The stoneware pot and lid are also dishwasher safe for convenience. Wipe the exterior of the heating base with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the heating base in water or any other liquid.
Placement:
Place the slow cooker on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface, away from walls or cabinets to ensure proper ventilation. Ensure the power cord is not obstructed and is within reach of a suitable electrical outlet (110 Volts).
3. Operating Instructions
Control Panel Overview:

- Power Button: Turns the unit on/off.
- Select Button: Toggles between Low, High, and Warm temperature settings.
- Time Buttons (Up/Down Arrows): Adjusts the cooking time in 30-minute increments, up to 20 hours.
- Digital Display: Shows remaining cooking time.
Cooking Process:
- Prepare Ingredients: Place all desired ingredients into the removable stoneware pot.
- Place Pot and Lid: Insert the stoneware pot into the heating base and cover with the glass lid.
- Plug In: Connect the power cord to a 110V electrical outlet. The digital display will illuminate.
- Select Temperature: Press the "Select" button to choose your desired cooking temperature (Low or High). The corresponding indicator light will illuminate.
- Set Cooking Time: Use the "Time" up/down arrows to set the desired cooking duration. The timer can be set from 30 minutes up to 20 hours.
- Start Cooking: The slow cooker will automatically begin cooking after the time and temperature are set. The digital display will count down the remaining cooking time.
- Automatic Keep Warm: Once the set cooking time expires, the slow cooker will automatically switch to the "Warm" setting. The "Warm" indicator light will illuminate, and the timer will begin counting up to indicate how long it has been on warm.
- Serving: Carefully remove the lid using the handle. Use oven mitts as the pot and lid will be hot. Serve food directly from the stoneware pot.

Memory Function:
In the event of a power outage, the slow cooker features a memory function that will retain the programmed settings for a short period. Once power is restored, the unit will resume cooking from where it left off, ensuring your meal is not interrupted.
4. Care and Maintenance
Cleaning:
- Always unplug the slow cooker and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- The removable stoneware pot and glass lid are dishwasher safe. For hand washing, use warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge.
- Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or scouring pads on any part of the slow cooker, as they may scratch the surfaces.
- To clean the exterior heating base, wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the heating base in water.
- For stubborn food residue on the stoneware pot, fill it with warm, soapy water and let it soak for a few hours before cleaning.
Storage:
Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storing. Store the slow cooker in a cool, dry place. Do not wrap the cord tightly around the appliance; coil it loosely.
