Setup and Assembly

Your AREBOS workshop trolley requires minimal assembly. Please follow these steps carefully.

1. Unpacking

  • Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  • Inspect all parts for any damage that may have occurred during transit. If any parts are damaged, do not proceed with assembly and contact customer support.
  • Ensure all listed components are present before beginning assembly.

2. Attaching the Wheels

The trolley comes with 2 fixed wheels and 2 swivel castors with parking brakes. Attach them to the designated points at the bottom of the trolley.

  1. Identify the fixed wheels and the swivel castors. The swivel castors will have a brake mechanism.
  2. Attach the 2 fixed wheels to one end of the trolley base.
  3. Attach the 2 swivel castors with parking brakes to the opposite end of the trolley base. Ensure the brakes are easily accessible.
  4. Securely tighten all bolts.

3. Attaching the Push Handle

Attach the push handle to the side of the trolley where the swivel castors are located for optimal maneuverability.

  1. Align the handle with the pre-drilled holes on the side of the trolley.
  2. Insert and tighten the screws to secure the handle firmly.

2. Using the Drawers

The trolley is equipped with 5 drawers designed for smooth operation and secure storage.

  • Each drawer features ball bearing slides for smooth opening and closing.
  • Anti-slip mats are included in each drawer to prevent tools from shifting and rattling during movement.
  • To open a drawer, pull the handle strip across its entire width.
  • To close a drawer, push it firmly until it is fully seated.

3. Central Locking System

The trolley features a central locking system to secure all drawers simultaneously.

  • Insert one of the provided keys into the lock located on the top drawer.
  • Turn the key to lock all drawers. This prevents accidental opening during transport and secures your tools from unauthorized access.
  • Turn the key in the opposite direction to unlock the drawers.
  • Always remove the key after locking or unlocking.

4. Moving the Trolley

The trolley is designed for easy mobility within your workspace.

  • To move the trolley, ensure the parking brakes on the swivel castors are disengaged.
  • Use the push handle to guide the trolley.
  • When positioning the trolley in a desired location, engage the parking brakes on the swivel castors to prevent unintended movement.
  • Avoid opening multiple heavy drawers simultaneously, especially when the trolley is not stationary, to prevent tipping.
