Setup and Assembly
Before first use, wash all parts that will come into contact with food.
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Clean: Wash the glass jar, portable bottles, travel lids, and blade assembly in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The motor base should only be wiped with a damp cloth.
- Placement: Place the motor base on a clean, dry, and stable surface. Ensure it is away from water and heat sources.
- Power: Ensure the appliance is unplugged before assembly.
Operating Instructions
Blending (Smoothies, Shakes)
- Add Ingredients: Place your desired ingredients into the glass jar or one of the portable bottles. Do not exceed the MAX fill line. For best results, add liquids first, then soft ingredients, and finally ice or frozen items.
- Attach Blade: Screw the blade assembly firmly onto the open end of the jar or bottle. Ensure it is securely tightened to prevent leaks.
- Place on Base: Invert the jar/bottle with the blade assembly attached and place it onto the motor base. Align the tabs on the jar/bottle with the slots on the motor base.
- Blend: Plug in the appliance. Press and hold the power button on the motor base to begin blending. Blend until desired consistency is achieved. Release the button to stop. For tough ingredients, use short pulses.
- Remove: Unplug the appliance. Lift the jar/bottle from the motor base. Carefully unscrew the blade assembly.
- Serve: For portable bottles, replace the blade assembly with a travel lid.
Tip: If blending becomes difficult, add more liquid or reduce the amount of solid ingredients.
Grinding (Coffee Beans, Spices)
- Add Ingredients: Place coffee beans or spices into the coffee grinder attachment. Do not overfill.
- Attach Blade: Screw the blade assembly firmly onto the coffee grinder attachment.
- Place on Base: Invert the grinder attachment with the blade assembly attached and place it onto the motor base.
- Grind: Plug in the appliance. Press and hold the power button to begin grinding. Grind until desired fineness is achieved. Release the button to stop.
- Remove: Unplug the appliance. Lift the grinder attachment from the motor base. Carefully unscrew the blade assembly.
- Serve: Carefully empty the ground contents.
Caution: Do not grind hard, non-food items. Avoid continuous operation for more than 1 minute to prevent overheating. Allow a 10-minute rest period between cycles.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your appliance.
- Unplug: Always unplug the blender before cleaning.
- Motor Base: Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water or any other liquid.
- Jars, Bottles, Lids, Blade Assembly: These parts are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash them in warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Handle blades with extreme caution.
- Stubborn Residue: For quick cleaning, fill the jar/bottle with warm water and a drop of dish soap, attach the blade assembly, and run the blender for a few seconds. Rinse thoroughly.
- Storage: Store the appliance in a dry, clean place, out of reach of children.
