Assembly Instructions
This cabinet utilizes a cam-lock and connector system for sturdy assembly. Follow the step-by-step diagrams in your included instruction booklet. The general process involves:
- Insert Connectors: Screw the green or black threaded connectors into the designated holes on the cabinet panels using a Phillips head screwdriver. Blue plastic dowels are pushed into place.
- Attach Panels: Align the panels, ensuring the connectors fit into the corresponding holes.
- Secure Cams: Insert the cam locks into the larger holes on the adjacent panel. Turn the cam locks clockwise with a Phillips head screwdriver until they lock the connector in place, creating a secure joint.
- Install Backer Board: Secure the backer board to the rear of the cabinet using the provided small nails or screws.
- Attach Doors and Hardware: Install hinges onto the door and cabinet frame, then attach the door. Finally, attach the metal door pull.

- Door Operation: The cabinet door opens and closes smoothly. Ensure no items obstruct the door's path.
- Weight Capacity: Each adjustable shelf can hold up to 20 lbs. Do not exceed this weight limit to prevent damage or injury.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the finish.
- Hardware Check: Periodically check all screws and cam locks to ensure they remain tight. Retighten if necessary, but do not overtighten.
- Avoid Moisture: While the cabinet is water-resistant, prolonged exposure to excessive moisture should be avoided. Wipe up spills immediately.
Troubleshooting
- Wobbly Cabinet: Ensure all cam locks are fully tightened. Verify the backer board is securely attached. If the cabinet is not wall-mounted, consider doing so for added stability.
- Door Misalignment: Check the hinge adjustments. Most hinges allow for minor adjustments to align the door. Refer to the hinge manufacturer's instructions or the assembly video for guidance.
- Missing or Damaged Parts: If you discover any missing or damaged parts during or after assembly, please contact Prepac customer support for assistance.
