It features a 3-digit resettable combination and is 100% TSA and Sentry approved, allowing security personnel to inspect your baggage without damaging the lock.

Setup: Setting Your Combination

The factory default combination for your new lock is 0-0-0. Follow these steps to set your personal combination:

1. Ensure the lock is set to the default combination (0-0-0) and is unlocked.
2. Locate the small reset button or coding lever on the side or bottom of the lock. This is often a small, recessed button that requires a pen or pointed object to press.
3. Press and hold the reset button/coding lever.
4. While holding the reset button, rotate the three number wheels to your desired 3-digit combination. Choose a memorable number.
5. Release the reset button. Your new combination is now set.
6. Test your new combination by scrambling the numbers and then entering your new combination to unlock the device.

To change the combination again, repeat the steps above, starting with the lock set to its currently active combination.

Operating the Lock

To lock your item:

1. Align the zipper pulls or locking points of your item into the lock's designated slot.
2. Push the locking mechanism into place until it clicks, securing the zipper pulls.
3. Scramble the number wheels to a random combination to secure the lock.

To unlock your item:

1. Rotate the number wheels to your personal 3-digit combination.
2. Press the release button or slide the switch button (depending on the lock design) to open the locking mechanism.
3. Remove the zipper pulls from the lock.

TSA Keyhole: The small keyhole on the lock is for use by authorized TSA (Transportation Security Administration) agents only. They possess special master keys to open and re-lock your baggage for inspection without damaging your lock. This keyhole is not for user access.
