3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove the lighter from its packaging. Inspect the lighter for any visible damage. The lighter is shipped without fuel for safety reasons.
3.2 Butane Refilling
Before refilling, ensure the lighter is completely empty of gas. This is crucial to prevent air pockets that can hinder proper ignition.
- Purge Residual Air: Invert the lighter and use a small screwdriver or similar tool to press the butane refill valve (located at the bottom of the lighter). Hold it down until all residual air and gas are expelled. You may hear a hissing sound. This step is vital for optimal performance.
- Prepare Butane Canister: Use a high-quality butane fuel canister with a long nozzle.
- Refill: Invert the lighter and firmly press the butane canister nozzle into the refill valve. Hold for approximately 5-10 seconds. Repeat this process 2-3 times to ensure a full refill.
- Wait: After refilling, wait for at least 5 minutes before attempting to ignite the lighter. This allows the gas to stabilize and reach room temperature.

- Use a small flat-head screwdriver or a similar tool to turn the wheel.
- Turn towards the '+' sign for a larger flame and towards the '-' sign for a smaller flame.
- Note: Do not adjust to the absolute lowest setting, as this may prevent ignition. Do not force the adjustment wheel.

4.3 Using the Punch Cutter
The integrated punch cutter is located at the bottom of the lighter, opposite the refill valve.

- Carefully use the punch cutter to create a clean hole in your cigar.
- Retract the punch cutter when not in use.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
Regular cleaning helps maintain the lighter's performance and appearance.
- Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior of the lighter.
- For stubborn spots, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by immediate drying.
- Keep the burner nozzles free from debris. Use a can of compressed air if necessary.
5.2 Storage
Store the lighter in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure the lighter is empty of fuel if storing for extended periods.
6. Troubleshooting
- Lighter Not Igniting:
- Check fuel level using the butane window. If low, refill the lighter (refer to Section 3.2).
- Ensure the lighter has been properly purged of air before refilling.
- Verify the flame adjustment is not set to the lowest possible setting. Adjust slightly higher.
- Weak or Inconsistent Flame:
- This often indicates air in the fuel tank or low fuel. Purge and refill the lighter.
- Ensure you are using high-quality butane fuel.
- Gas Leakage:
- If you detect a gas leak, immediately move to a well-ventilated area.
- Do not attempt to ignite the lighter.
- Contact customer support if the issue persists after ensuring the refill valve is properly sealed.
