Setup and Assembly
Detailed assembly instructions are provided in a separate assembly guide included with your purchase. Please follow these steps carefully:
- Unpack Components: Carefully unpack all boxes and identify all parts against the packing list.
- Organize Hardware: Separate and identify all nuts, bolts, washers, and other hardware.
- Frame Assembly: Begin by assembling the main frame components according to the diagrams.
- Attach Stations: Install the various exercise stations (press arms, pec deck, leg developer, etc.) to the main frame.
- Cable Routing: Carefully route all cables through the pulleys as indicated in the assembly guide. Ensure cables are not twisted or pinched.
- Weight Stack Installation: Install the weight stack plates and selector pin.

Operating Instructions
The Body-Solid G6B Home Gym offers a variety of exercises. Always select an appropriate weight and use controlled movements.
Adjusting Weight:
To adjust the weight, insert the selector pin fully into the desired weight plate in the stack. Ensure the pin is securely seated before beginning your exercise.
Using the Bi-Angular Press Arms:
Sit on the seat with your back firmly against the backrest. Grasp the handles with an overhand grip. Push forward to perform chest presses, or adjust the seat and angle for incline or shoulder presses. The unique design provides resistance from two directions.

Using the Lat Pulldown / High Pulley Station:
Attach the lat bar to the high pulley cable. Sit facing the machine, securing your thighs under the hold-down pads. Pull the bar down towards your upper chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together. Release slowly.

Using the Ab Crunch / Mid Pulley Station:
Attach the ab/triceps strap to the mid pulley. Kneel or sit facing away from the machine, grasping the strap behind your head. Crunch forward, engaging your abdominal muscles.
Using the Leg Extension / Leg Curl Station:
For leg extensions, sit on the seat with your shins behind the leg pads. Extend your legs fully. For leg curls, lie prone on the bench (if applicable) or sit facing the opposite direction, hooking your heels under the pads and curling your legs.
Using the Seated Row / Low Pulley Station:
Attach the revolving straight bar or V-bar to the low pulley. Sit on the floor or bench with your feet against the foot brace. Pull the handle towards your abdomen, keeping your back straight.

Maintenance

- Clean Regularly: Wipe down the frame and upholstery with a damp cloth after each use to prevent sweat buildup and corrosion.
