1. Important Safety Information

Please read and understand all safety instructions before assembling or operating the PawHut 2-in-1 Pet Bicycle Trailer and Stroller. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury to your pet or yourself.

2. Package Contents

Verify that all components are present before beginning assembly:

3. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your pet trailer/stroller:

  1. Unfold the Main Cabin: Carefully unfold the main frame until it locks into place. Ensure all locking mechanisms are secure.
  2. Attach Rear Wheels: Insert the rear wheels into the axle receivers on both sides of the frame until they click securely.
  3. Attach Front Swivel Wheel: For stroller mode, attach the 360° swivel front wheel to the designated slot at the front of the cabin. Ensure it is firmly attached.
  4. Install Handlebar: Slide the adjustable handlebar into the mounts at the rear of the cabin. Adjust to your preferred height and secure the locking pins.
  5. Attach Bicycle Tow Bar (for Trailer Mode): If using as a bicycle trailer, remove the front swivel wheel. Attach the tow bar to the front of the cabin and secure it to your bicycle's rear axle using the provided hitch. Ensure the safety strap is also connected. This connector is suitable for bicycle wheels between 24" and 29".
  6. Install Safety Flag: Insert the safety flag pole into its designated holder on the trailer/stroller for increased visibility.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Stroller Mode

  1. Prepare for Use: Ensure the front swivel wheel is attached and locked. The bicycle tow bar should be removed or folded away.
  2. Adjust Handlebar: Press the buttons on the handlebar to adjust its height for comfortable pushing. Release buttons to lock in position.
  3. Load Pet: Open the front or rear mesh entrance. Guide your pet inside and secure them with the internal safety leash. Ensure they have enough space and are comfortable.
  4. Engage Brake: When stationary, press the foot brake lever located at the rear to prevent the stroller from moving. Release to resume motion.
  5. Ventilation: The stroller features mesh windows for excellent breathability. The top opening can be unzipped to allow your pet to look out.

4.2. Bicycle Trailer Mode

  1. Conversion: Remove the front swivel wheel and attach the bicycle tow bar to the front of the cabin. Secure the tow bar to your bicycle's rear axle.
  2. Safety Flag: Ensure the safety flag is properly installed and visible.
  3. Pet Loading: Load your pet as described in Stroller Mode, ensuring they are comfortable and secured.
  4. Ride Safely: Always ride at a moderate speed, especially when turning or on uneven surfaces. The built-in shock absorbers provide a smoother ride for your pet.

5. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: The Oxford fabric with PU coating can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals.
  • Mesh Windows: Clean mesh windows gently to avoid damage.
  • Tires: Check tire pressure regularly. Inspect for punctures or excessive wear.
  • Frame: Periodically check all frame connections and bolts for tightness. Lubricate moving parts as needed.
  • Storage: For long-term storage, clean the trailer/stroller thoroughly. It features a foldable design for space-saving storage. Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.

6. Troubleshooting
