Setup

1. Unpacking and Inspection

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any signs of damage. Ensure all parts listed in the packing list are present.

2. Attaching the Straps and Harness

Attach the padded shoulder straps and waist belt to the designated points on the sprayer. Adjust the straps for a comfortable and secure fit before filling the tank.

3. Battery Installation and Charging

Locate the battery compartment on the back of the sprayer. Insert the 18-volt Lithium-Ion battery. Ensure it clicks securely into place. Before first use, fully charge the battery using the included charger. A full charge typically takes 3.5 hours.

4. Nozzle Selection and Attachment

Select the appropriate nozzle for your application. The sprayer includes a brass adjustable nozzle, low volume flat fan, high volume flat fan, and foaming nozzles. Attach the chosen nozzle to the 21-inch poly wand.

Operating Instructions

1. Filling the Tank

Place the sprayer on a stable, level surface. Unscrew the large cap on top of the tank. Carefully pour your desired water-based chemical solution into the 4-gallon tank. Do not overfill. The sprayer is not designed for use with wettable powders.

2. Powering On and Spraying

Once the tank is filled and the battery is installed, turn on the power switch located on the base of the sprayer. The pump will activate, pressurizing the system. Squeeze the trigger on the wand to begin spraying. The shutoff is lockable for continuous spraying without holding the trigger.

3. Adjusting Spray Pattern

Depending on the nozzle type, you can adjust the spray pattern from a fine mist to a solid stream by twisting the nozzle head. Refer to the nozzle diagram for specific adjustments.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning After Use

After each use, thoroughly rinse the tank, hose, and wand with clean water. Spray clean water through the nozzle to clear any chemical residue. This prevents clogging and extends the life of the sprayer components.

2. Filter Maintenance

The sprayer features a triple filtration system. Periodically check and clean the filters located in the tank opening and within the wand handle to ensure optimal performance and prevent clogs.

3. Storage

Store the sprayer in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and freezing temperatures. Ensure the tank is empty and clean before storage. Remove the battery if storing for extended periods.
