3. Product Overview

The Jonter M16 is a versatile wireless speaker designed for high-quality audio playback. It features Bluetooth connectivity, AUX input, and a TF card slot for various audio sources.

3.1 Controls and Ports

• Power On/Off Button: Press and hold to turn the speaker on or off.
• Play/Pause Button: Press to play or pause music.
• Volume Up / Next Track Button (+): Short press for volume up, long press for next track.
• Volume Down / Previous Track Button (-): Short press for volume down, long press for previous track.
• Call Receive/End Button: Press to answer or end a call.
• Input DC-5V/1A: Micro USB port for charging the speaker.
• TF Card Player Slot: Insert a TF (MicroSD) card for direct music playback.
• AUX Input: 3.5mm jack for wired audio connection.
• Built-in Mic: For hands-free calling.

4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Speaker

1. Connect the small end of the USB charging cable to the Input DC-5V/1A port on the speaker.
2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a USB power adapter (5V/1A, not included) or a computer's USB port.
3. The LED indicator will illuminate during charging and turn off or change color when fully charged.
4. Allow approximately 3 hours for a full charge.

4.2 Powering On/Off

• To power on, press and hold the Power On/Off Button until you hear an audible prompt or see the LED indicator light up.
• To power off, press and hold the Power On/Off Button again until you hear an audible prompt or the LED indicator turns off.

4.3 Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth pairing mode (the LED indicator will typically flash blue rapidly).
2. On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth.
3. Search for available Bluetooth devices. You should see "M16" or "Jonter M16" in the list.
4. Select "M16" to connect. Once paired, the speaker will provide an audible confirmation, and the LED indicator will typically glow solid blue.
5. The speaker will automatically attempt to reconnect to the last paired device when powered on.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Music Playback (Bluetooth Mode)

• After successful Bluetooth pairing, open your music player application on your device.
• Use the Play/Pause Button on the speaker to control playback.
• Short press the + Button to increase volume; long press for the next track.
• Short press the - Button to decrease volume; long press for the previous track.

5.2 AUX Input Mode

• Connect one end of the 3.5mm AUX audio cable to the AUX Input port on the speaker.
• Connect the other end to the audio output jack of your external device (e.g., MP3 player, computer).
• The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode. Control playback and volume from your connected device or use the speaker's volume buttons.

5.3 TF Card Playback Mode

• Insert a TF (MicroSD) card with MP3 audio files into the TF Card Player Slot.
• The speaker will automatically detect the card and begin playing music.
• Use the Play/Pause Button, + Button, and - Button to control playback and volume.

5.4 Hands-Free Calling

• When a call comes in while connected via Bluetooth, the music will pause.
• Press the Call Receive/End Button to answer the call.
• Press the Call Receive/End Button again to end the call.
• To reject an incoming call, press and hold the Call Receive/End Button.

6. Maintenance

• Clean the speaker with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Avoid exposing the speaker to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
• Do not immerse the speaker in water. It is not waterproof.
• Store the speaker in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
