Setup

1. Unpacking and Placement

  • Carefully remove the speaker and all accessories from the packaging.
  • Place the speaker on a stable, flat surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit.

2. Powering On and Charging

  • Locate the power input on the back of the speaker.
  • Connect the provided power cable to the speaker's power input and then to a standard AC power outlet (110V-220V/50Hz-60Hz).
  • Flip the power switch to the "ON" position. The speaker will power on.
  • For initial use, it is recommended to fully charge the internal rechargeable battery. The charging indicator light will show the charging status.

3. Connecting Microphones

  • The speaker comes with two wireless microphones. Ensure they have batteries installed.
  • Turn on the wireless microphones. They should automatically pair with the speaker.
  • For wired microphones (not included), connect them to the microphone input jacks on the speaker's control panel.

Operating Instructions

1. Bluetooth Pairing

  • Turn on the speaker.
  • Press the "MODE" button on the control panel or remote until "Bluetooth" mode is selected. The display will show "BLUE" and a Bluetooth icon may flash, indicating it's ready for pairing.
  • On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  • Select "Befree Sound" (or similar name) from the list. Once paired, the speaker will emit a confirmation sound, and the Bluetooth icon will stop flashing.
  • You can now play audio from your device through the speaker.

2. USB/SD Card Playback

  • Insert a USB flash drive or SD card into the respective slot on the control panel.
  • The speaker will automatically switch to USB/SD mode and begin playing compatible audio files. If not, press the "MODE" button to select USB or SD mode.
  • Use the Play/Pause, Next, and Previous buttons on the control panel or remote to navigate tracks.

3. FM Radio

  • Press the "MODE" button until "FM" mode is selected.
  • Press and hold the Play/Pause button to initiate an automatic scan for available FM stations. The speaker will save detected stations.
  • Use the Next and Previous buttons to switch between saved stations.

4. AUX Input

  • Connect an external audio device (e.g., MP3 player, laptop) to the AUX input jack on the speaker using a 3.5mm audio cable (not included).
  • Press the "MODE" button until "AUX" mode is selected.
  • Control playback from your connected device.

5. Microphone Usage and Audio Adjustment

  • Ensure microphones are connected and powered on.
  • Use the dedicated "MIC VOL" knob on the control panel to adjust the microphone volume.
  • Adjust the "ECHO" knob to add reverberation to the microphone sound for a karaoke effect.
  • The main "VOLUME" knob controls the overall speaker volume.
  • Use the "TREBLE" and "BASS" knobs to fine-tune the audio output to your preference.

6. Controlling Party Lights

  • The speaker features sound-reactive party lights on the woofers.
  • To turn off the lights, locate the "LED POWER" switch on the back of the speaker and toggle it to the "OFF" position.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

  • Before cleaning, ensure the speaker is powered off and unplugged from the power outlet.
