3. Setup and Installation

3.1 Unpacking

Carefully remove the appliance from its packaging. Inspect the unit for any shipping damage. Report any damage immediately to the carrier and your dealer. Retain all packaging materials for inspection.

3.2 Location and Clearance

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Before Initial Use

4.2 Lighting the Burners

  1. Ensure all burner control knobs are in the "OFF" position.
  2. Open the main gas supply valve to the appliance.
  3. Push in and turn the desired burner control knob counter-clockwise to the "PILOT" position.
  4. Using a long match or lighter, ignite the pilot flame located near the burner. Hold the flame until the pilot is steadily lit.
