Setup
1. Charging the Device
The DOMAS TENS Unit is equipped with a safe, rechargeable lithium battery. Before first use, fully charge the device.
- Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the TENS unit.
- Plug the other end of the USB cable into a wall charger (not included), power bank, or a laptop USB port.
- The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status. Once fully charged, the indicator will show a full battery.
2. Attaching Electrode Pads
Ensure your skin is clean and dry before applying electrode pads for optimal adhesion and conductivity.
- Connect the electrode wires to the electrode pads by snapping them onto the connectors.
- Plug the electrode wires into the A and/or B output ports on the top of the TENS unit.
- Remove the protective film from the electrode pads.
- Apply the sticky side of the pads firmly to the desired treatment area on your body. Ensure the pads are flat against the skin and not overlapping.

Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
- To power on, press and hold the 'M' button (Mode button) for a few seconds until the screen illuminates.
- To power off, press and hold the 'M' button again until the screen turns off.
2. Selecting a Mode
The DOMAS TENS Unit features 24 pre-programmed massage modes for various pain relief needs.
- Press the 'M' button briefly to cycle through the 24 available modes. The selected mode will be displayed on the screen.
- Each mode offers a unique pulse pattern and sensation. Experiment to find the most comfortable and effective mode for your condition.

3. Adjusting Intensity
The device offers 20 intensity levels to customize your therapy experience.
- Use the '+' button to increase intensity and the '-' button to decrease intensity for Channel A.
- Use the '+' button on the right side to increase intensity and the '-' button on the right side to decrease intensity for Channel B.
- Start with the lowest intensity and gradually increase it until you feel a comfortable, strong, but not painful, muscle contraction.
4. Setting the Timer
The treatment time can be adjusted from 10 to 60 minutes.
- Press the 'T' button (Timer button) to cycle through the preset time options.
- The device will automatically shut off once the set time has elapsed.
5. Dual Channel Operation
The DOMAS TENS Unit features independent dual channels (A and B), allowing you to treat two different body areas simultaneously with different modes and intensities.
- Connect electrode pads for one area to Channel A and for another area to Channel B.
- Adjust the mode and intensity for Channel A using its dedicated controls.
- Adjust the mode and intensity for Channel B using its dedicated controls.

Electrode Pad Usage and Care
The medical-grade electrode pads are designed for multiple uses and optimal performance.
- Placement: Apply pads to clean, dry skin on the target muscle area. Avoid placing pads directly over joints, on the head, face, or front of the neck. Refer to the diagram on the device screen for suggested placement areas (shoulders, back, waist, legs, etc.).
- Reusability: The pads are reusable up to 45 times with proper care.
- Cleaning: If the pads lose their stickiness, gently wipe the adhesive surface with a damp cloth (water only) and let them air dry. Do not use soap or harsh chemicals.
- Storage: After each use, reattach the protective film to the pads and store them in the provided carrying bag in a cool, dry place.
- Replacement: Replace pads when they no longer adhere firmly to the skin or if you notice a decrease in stimulation effectiveness.
