5. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps for proper installation:
- Prepare Water Supply: Ensure the hot water inlet is on the left and the cold water inlet is on the right. The standard center distance between the hot and cold water pipes should be 150mm (adjustable from 135mm to 165mm using the S-unions).
- Turn Off Water: Shut off the main water supply to your bathroom.
- Install S-Unions: Screw the S-unions into the wall water outlets. Adjust them to achieve the correct 150mm center distance and ensure they are level. Use thread seal tape for a watertight connection.
- Attach Wall Plates: Place the decorative wall plates over the S-unions.
- Connect Faucet: Place the washers into the nuts of the mixer faucet. Align the faucet with the S-unions and tighten the nuts securely. Do not overtighten.
- Test for Leaks: Slowly turn on the main water supply and check all connections for leaks.

6. Operating Instructions
Your Solepearl thermostatic mixer faucet is designed for ease of use and precise temperature control.
- Temperature Control (Right Knob): Turn the right knob to adjust the water temperature. The default safety stop is at 38°C. To select a temperature above 38°C, press and hold the red safety button on the knob while rotating it. The temperature range is typically 20°C to 50°C.
- Flow Control (Left Knob): Turn the left knob to control the water flow rate. Rotate it to increase or decrease the water volume.
