  1. Turn on Water Supply: Fully open the water tap to ensure a steady flow to the pressure washer.
  2. Purge Air: Before turning on the power, squeeze the trigger on the high-pressure gun to allow water to flow through the system and expel any trapped air. Continue until a steady stream of water emerges.
  3. Power On: Turn the ON/OFF switch on the pressure washer unit to the 'ON' position. The motor will start.
  4. Select Nozzle Mode: The 3-in-1 nozzle allows you to switch between Fan Jet, Rotary Jet, and Pencil Jet modes by rotating the nozzle head. Choose the appropriate mode for your cleaning task.
  5. Apply Detergent (Optional): If using detergent, fill the 450ml high-pressure detergent nozzle with suitable pressure washer detergent. Attach it to the lance. The pressure washer will automatically mix the detergent with water.
  6. Begin Cleaning: Direct the spray at the surface to be cleaned, maintaining a safe distance. Always start with a wider spray pattern and adjust as needed.
  7. Power Off: After use, turn the ON/OFF switch to 'OFF'. Squeeze the trigger to release any remaining pressure in the system before disconnecting the water and power supplies.

7. Maintenance and Storage

Proper maintenance ensures longevity and optimal performance of your pressure washer:

  • Cleaning: After each use, flush the system with clean water to remove any detergent residue. Clean the exterior of the unit with a damp cloth.
  • Water Filter: Regularly check and clean the water filter to prevent blockages and ensure efficient water flow.
  • Nozzles: Clear any blockages in the nozzles using the provided nozzle cleaning tool (if applicable) or a thin wire.
  • Storage: Store the pressure washer in a dry, frost-free location. Drain all water from the pump, hose, and gun before storing to prevent damage from freezing. Utilize the integrated storage for cables and hoses to keep the unit tidy.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your pressure washer, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • No Pressure: Check water supply connection, ensure tap is fully open, and clean the water filter. Purge air from the system by squeezing the trigger before powering on.
  • Motor Not Starting: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a grounded outlet. Check the ON/OFF switch position. Verify the circuit breaker has not tripped.
  • Pulsating Pressure: This can indicate air in the system, a partially blocked nozzle, or an insufficient water supply. Check connections, clean the nozzle, and ensure adequate water flow.
  • Leaks: Tighten all hose and nozzle connections. Inspect O-rings for damage and replace if necessary.
