Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No Power | Power cord not connected; Power switch off; Incorrect voltage selector setting. | Ensure power cord is securely plugged in. Turn the POWER switch on. Verify the voltage selector (110V/220V) matches your local power supply. |
| No Sound Output | Incorrect input selected; Volume too low; Speakers not connected properly; Mute function active. | Select the correct input source. Increase the VOLUME. Check speaker connections for proper polarity and secure fit. Ensure the unit is not muted. |
| Bluetooth Pairing Failure | Device too far; Bluetooth not enabled on device; Incorrect pairing mode. | Ensure your device is within 30 ft. of the amplifier. Enable Bluetooth on your device. Select "Bluetooth" mode on the amplifier and search for "Pyle USA". Try restarting both devices. |
| USB/SD Playback Issues | Unsupported file format; Corrupted file; USB/SD card not inserted correctly. | Ensure audio files are in a supported format (e.g., MP3). Check if the USB/SD card is fully inserted. Try a different USB/SD card or file. |
| Remote Control Not Working | Battery depleted; Obstruction between remote and unit; Remote sensor blocked. | Replace the remote control battery (CR2025). Ensure there is a clear line of sight between the remote and the amplifier's front panel sensor. |
| Sound Cuts Out Periodically | Overheating; Loose connections; Speaker impedance mismatch. | Ensure adequate ventilation around the amplifier. Check all speaker and input cable connections. Verify speaker impedance is within the recommended range (4-16 Ohm). Reduce volume if playing at very high levels for extended periods. |
