Assembly Steps:
- Pull Wire: Pull the long wire through the top of the lamp base to mount the socket.
- Position Socket: Ensure the socket reaches the top of the lamp base.
- Turn Lamp Over: Carefully turn the lamp base over.
- Twist Lamp into Top: Twist the lamp body into the top section, holding onto the base.
- Tighten Base: Continue twisting until the base feels nice and tight.
- Squeeze Harp: Squeeze the ends of the harp to allow it to adjust.
- Mount Harp: Mount the harp into the lamp socket.
- Place Shade: Place the lamp shade onto the harp.
- Tighten Finial: Take the finial and tighten it onto the top of the harp to secure the shade.
- Straighten Shade: Adjust the shade by gently holding both sides (at 10 and 2 o'clock positions) and straightening it until it is perfectly aligned.

Operating Instructions
The JONATHAN Y Elicia Table Lamp is equipped with a rotary switch for simple operation.
Turning the Lamp On/Off
- Locate the Switch: Find the rotary switch on the lamp socket, typically located just below the bulb.
- Turn On: Turn the switch clockwise until you hear a click and the light illuminates.
- Turn Off: Turn the switch counter-clockwise until you hear a click and the light turns off.
Maintenance
Cleaning
- Always unplug the lamp from the power outlet before cleaning.
- For the seagrass base, gently wipe with a dry, soft cloth to remove dust. Avoid using wet cloths or harsh cleaners, as moisture can damage the natural fibers.
- For the linen shade, use a lint roller or a soft brush to remove dust and debris. Spot clean small marks with a slightly damp cloth, being careful not to saturate the fabric.
Bulb Replacement
- Ensure the lamp is unplugged and the bulb has cooled completely before handling.
- Unscrew the finial at the top of the shade and carefully remove the lamp shade.
- Carefully unscrew the old bulb from the socket.
- Screw in a new LED bulb (E26 base, max 100 watts, 800 lumens, 2700 Kelvin recommended) into the socket.
- Replace the shade and secure it with the finial.
