3. Setup and Installation

Connect the provided 6V DC output power adapter to the timer and plug it into a standard electrical outlet. The clock will power on automatically.

4.3 Count-Up Function

This function allows the clock to count upwards from a specified time or from zero.

  • Press the COUNT UP button. The display will show 00:00:00.
  • Optionally, press EDIT to input a starting time (MM:SS). Press OK to confirm.
  • Press START to begin counting up.
  • Press STOP to pause, and START again to resume.
  • Press RESET to clear the timer.

4.5 Interval Training (Workouts & Rest Time)

This is a core feature for fitness routines, allowing you to program custom workout and rest intervals. The timer can store up to 10 different programs (P1-P10), each with up to 9 intervals (F1-F9 for workout, R1-R9 for rest) and up to 99 repeats (C1).

  1. Press the EDIT button. 'P1' will flash.
  2. Use the UP/DOWN arrows to select the program number (P1-P10) you wish to set or edit. Press OK.
  3. 'F1' will flash. Use the numeric keys to input the workout time for the first interval (MM:SS). Press OK.
  4. 'R1' will flash. Use the numeric keys to input the rest time for the first interval (MM:SS). Press OK.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for subsequent intervals (F2, R2, up to F9, R9) as needed.
  6. After setting the last interval, 'C1' will flash. Use the numeric keys to input the number of rounds/repeats for the entire program (up to 99). Press OK.
  7. To run a saved program, select it using the UP/DOWN arrows and press START.

Quick Access Modes: The remote also has dedicated buttons for TABATA and FGB (Fight Gone Bad) modes for quick setup of these common interval protocols.

4.6 Brightness Adjustment

The display brightness can be adjusted to suit your environment.

  • Press the BRIGHTNESS button on the remote to cycle through 5 levels of brightness.
