Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all items listed in the "Included in Box" section are present.
2. Mounting Location Selection: Choose a sturdy wall or ceiling location for mounting the retractable reel. Ensure the location is within reach of a standard 120V grounded electrical outlet and provides adequate clearance for the cord to extend and retract freely.
3. Install Mounting Bracket: Use the provided mounting hardware to securely attach the heavy-duty steel mounting bracket to your chosen surface. Ensure the bracket is level and capable of supporting the weight of the reel and the force of cord retraction.

4. Attach Cord Reel: Securely attach the retractable cord reel to the installed mounting bracket using the provided hardware.

Operating Instructions

1. Extending the Cord: Gently pull the LED work light handle to extend the cord. The reel features a locking mechanism. To lock the cord at a desired length, pull it out until you hear a click, then release.
2. Retracting the Cord: To retract the cord, pull the handle slightly further until the locking mechanism disengages, then slowly guide the cord back into the reel. Do not let the cord snap back uncontrolled.
3. Turning On/Off the LED Work Light: Use the On/Off switch located on the handle of the work light. A green LED indicator will illuminate when the light is receiving power.
4. Using the Grounded Outlet: The handle includes a grounded 120V outlet. You can plug in additional tools or devices into this outlet. Ensure the total wattage of connected devices does not exceed the unit's maximum rating (1440W).
5. Utilizing Mounting Features:
