2. Setup

2.1 Power On/Off

To power on the thermometer, simply unfold the stainless steel probe. The device will automatically turn on. To power off, fold the probe back into the unit. The thermometer also features an auto-shutoff function after 10 minutes of inactivity to conserve battery life.
