Operating Instructions

General Operation

  • Place food on the wire rack or in the baking pan as appropriate.
  • Close the oven door.
  • Turn the Function Control Knob to the desired cooking function (Bake, Broil, Toast, Warm).
  • Turn the Temperature Control Knob to the desired temperature.
  • Turn the Timer Control Knob to the desired cooking time. The power indicator light will illuminate.
  • When cooking is complete, the timer will chime, and the oven will turn off.

Toasting

  • Place bread or other items directly on the wire rack.
  • Turn the Function Control Knob to "Toast".
  • Turn the Temperature Control Knob to "Toast" (usually a specific setting or maximum temperature).
  • Turn the Timer Control Knob past the "20" minute mark, then back to the desired toast shade setting.
  • The oven will begin toasting.

Baking

  • Place food in the baking pan or an oven-safe dish on the wire rack.
  • Turn the Function Control Knob to "Bake".
  • Turn the Temperature Control Knob to the desired baking temperature (e.g., 350°F).
  • Turn the Timer Control Knob to the desired baking time.

Broiling

  • Place food on the broiling rack within the baking pan.
  • Turn the Function Control Knob to "Broil".
  • Turn the Temperature Control Knob to "Broil" (usually a specific setting or maximum temperature).
  • Turn the Timer Control Knob to the desired broiling time. Monitor food closely as broiling is a fast cooking method.

Keep Warm

  • Place cooked food on the wire rack or in a dish.
  • Turn the Function Control Knob to "Warm".
  • Turn the Temperature Control Knob to "Warm".
  • Turn the Timer Control Knob to "Stay On" or the desired warm time.
